THE STORY

My name is Lauren Baker.

I married into the Baker family and inherited some pretty incredible recipes!

Following in my mother-in-law's footsteps (Kathe Baker!), I started taking coffee cakes to my children's school and would drop them off in the teacher workroom when I subbed. The teachers would tell me throughout the day how much they loved it! I could tell it really blessed them.

Meanwhile, I needed a job. After applying for two positions and neither of them working out, it was the morning of July 24, 2024 that I heard the LORD tell me, "Sell the coffee cake". (John 10:27)

So, I obeyed.

Today, I'm happy to be baking coffee cakes for HIS glory and my family's good.

Our products are available for pickup around the Houston area! (and delivery to 4 zip codes on Fridays!)

HOW TO ENJOY

-Store at room temperature in an airtight cake stand or any container.

-Refrigeration is not needed and not recommended.

-Warm a single slice up for about 10 seconds and enjoy any time of the day!

-Want to save for later? Wrap tightly in seran wrap and store in freezer up to 3 months! You may also cut and wrap individual slices for an easy grab 'n go snack or breakfast!

-Want to serve for an event? We suggest warming the full coffee cake up (remove seran wrap first) in the microwave for about 1.5 minutes to "fluff up" it up nicely!

NOTE: All coffee cakes are baked at a commercial kitchen and placed in a freezer the same day! These cakes freeze beautifully and will be ready to enjoy at room temperature at the time you select for pick up/delivery. *If you would like a coffee cake straight from the oven please place your order for Thursday or Friday and leave a note at checkout.*
